Originally from Sri Lanka, I moved to Auckland in 2008 with a strong determination to build a meaningful future and create opportunities through property.

Before entering the real estate industry, I built professional experience across the service industry, retail, and IT sectors. These roles helped shape my strong customer-focused mindset, operational discipline, and strategic thinking — skills that later became the foundation of my real estate career.

In 2014, I began my journey in the New Zealand real estate industry with a clear mission: to help people make smarter property decisions and achieve real results through strategic advice, structured negotiation, and strong market insight.

Over the past decade, I have developed extensive experience across residential property sales, investment advisory, subdivision opportunities, and development projects. My ability to understand both the emotional and financial aspects of property transactions allows me to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My entrepreneurial drive led me to become one of the youngest LJ Hooker and Harveys franchise owners in New Zealand in 2016. Building on that experience, I later founded my own boutique agency, The WorX Real Estate.

Today, The WorX operates across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, providing a complete property ecosystem designed to support clients at every stage of their property journey.
