Jeewan Delwalage is the Founder and Non-Selling Principal Agent of The WORX Real Estate, bringing nearly 12 years of experience across real estate sales, project marketing, auctioneering, investment and agency leadership.

In 2016, aged just 26, Jeewan purchased his first real estate office and became one of the youngest franchise owners within the LJ Hooker New Zealand network. He went on to own and operate LJ Hooker Manukau for more than eight years while building an exceptional sales career specialising in new developments and project marketing.

At the peak of his sales career, Jeewan exceeded $67 million in property sales within just 90 days.

Today, Jeewan has stepped away from day-to-day selling to focus on leadership, people, investment and brand growth.

He is the founder behind The WORX Real Estate, The WORX Property Management, The WORX Holidays and The WORX Property Maintenance, with The WORX presence extending across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

As a Registered Auctioneer, strategic investor and experienced negotiator, Jeewan remains selectively involved in major projects, premium properties and complex transactions where his experience can add genuine value.
