Jushneil Narayan is an experienced property manager, business development manager and licensed real estate salesperson with six years of experience in New Zealand real estate.

He joined The WORX Real Estate in 2020, working alongside founder and Principal Agent Jeewan Delwalage. Proudly remaining with the same company and principal today, Jushneil’s journey reflects his loyalty, consistency and belief in The WORX vision.

Known for his high energy, approachable personality and strong work ethic, Jushneil brings enthusiasm and commitment to every client relationship.

His experience covers residential property management, landlord support, tenant relationships, property sales and new business development. He works closely with rental property owners to understand their goals, protect their investments and provide practical property management solutions.

As a business development manager, Jushneil focuses on building trusted, long-term relationships with landlords and property investors. His clear communication and people-first approach help make the property management process more organised, responsive and straightforward.

As a licensed salesperson, he also understands the wider Auckland property market and can assist clients across different stages of property ownership—from purchasing and managing an investment to preparing for a future sale.
