Having lived in New Zealand since 2007, Shashika brings a diverse professional background spanning information technology, freight, diplomatic services and education. Throughout his career, he has led diverse teams and worked in complex professional environments, developing strong capabilities in leadership, communication, relationship management and problem-solving.

Today, Shashika applies this broad experience to growing The WORX Real Estate and The WORX Property Management across Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton and the wider New Zealand property market.

As a regional Head of Brand Operations, he focuses on building high-performing local teams, supporting licensed real estate salespeople and property managers, strengthening community relationships and expanding access to professional real estate sales and property management services. 

Based in Wellington, Shashika has developed a strong understanding of the local property market and the needs of homeowners, buyers, landlords, and property investors. He also supports the continued growth and development of The WORX operations in the Christchurch and Hamilton real estate markets.
