Having grown up in Hong Kong, Cary developed an early appreciation for the fast-paced, dynamic nature of international cities and property markets. She later expanded her horizons through extensive experience in both Singapore and the United States, gaining valuable insights into diverse real estate landscapes, investment strategies, and client needs across different cultures.

Cary quickly established herself in the industry after relocating to Auckland in 2014, earning national recognition for her performance. She was ranked among the Top 3 Business Development Managers in New Zealand at the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards in 2018, a testament to her strong results, client-focused approach, and consistent delivery. Fluent in 4 languages, Cary can also connect with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds.

As the owner of a property management company, she has hands-on experience overseeing assets, optimising returns, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and tenants. Her practical knowledge as an investor gives her a sharp, results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of market opportunities.
