Riyadh is an experienced East and South Auckland real estate professional specialising in residential property sales, rental property management, community housing and social housing.

He began his real estate career in 2022 with Jeewan Delwalage and The WORX Real Estate. From his first day in the industry, Riyadh has remained with the same company and principal—reflecting his loyalty, consistency and commitment to The WORX vision.

Riyadh currently supports more than 150 property investors, providing efficient service, clear communication and practical guidance to help protect and strengthen their rental property investments.
